Aberrant Notch2 signaling and increased Notch2 expressions were observed in diverse human cancers including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) [12, 13], marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) [7, 9], breast cancer [14], non-small cell lung cancer [15], pancreatic cancer [16], hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) [17], colorectal cancer [18], bladder cancer [19], medulloblastoma [20] and glioblastoma [21, 22] (Supplementary Figure 1). The gene discussed is NOTCH2; the disease is breast cancer.
