More importantly, using CML patient-derived xenograft model established from a TKI-resistant CML patient, we found that P22077 treatment could significantly prolong the survival of mice (Supplementary Fig. 7b) and reduce the percentages of CD34+CD38− cells in the secondary bone marrow transplantation (Fig. 7h, I).
