Compared with normal tissue, the violin plot of the immune cell showed that, plasma cells, T cells CD8, T cells CD4 memory activated, T cells follicular helper, T cells gamma delta and macrophages M1 infiltrated statistically more, while T cells CD4 memory resting, NK cells activated, monocytes, macrophages M2, dendritic cells resting, mast cells activated and eosinophils infiltrated statistically less in RA tissue (Fig. 8b). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
