CD8A and rheumatoid arthritis: Compared with normal tissue, the violin plot of the immune cell showed that, plasma cells, T cells CD8, T cells CD4 memory activated, T cells follicular helper, T cells gamma delta and macrophages M1 infiltrated statistically more, while T cells CD4 memory resting, NK cells activated, monocytes, macrophages M2, dendritic cells resting, mast cells activated and eosinophils infiltrated statistically less in RA tissue (Fig. 8b).
