CRP and tuberculosis: Using the model-predicted probability of TB-IRIS for each participant, we found CRP values of > 10 mg/mL to > 50 mg/mL all had a sensitivity above 0.9 and a negative likelihood ratio of ≤ 0.15 (indicating a moderate to large decrease in probability of having a CRP value lower than the cut-off when having TB-IRIS) (see Table 2, Supplemental Digital Content, http://links.lww.com/QAI/B581).
