The results of RNA-sequence in our center indicated that six (CD109, CD96, FNI, HNMT, MMP9 and NFKBIZ) of the 14 OS-associated immune genes exhibited dysregulated expression between NMIBC and MIBC, indicating that dysregulated expression levels of these genes served an important role in the malignant progression of BLCA. This evidence concerns the gene MMP9 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
