The results of RNA-sequence in our center indicated that six (CD109, CD96, FNI, HNMT, MMP9 and NFKBIZ) of the 14 OS-associated immune genes exhibited dysregulated expression between NMIBC and MIBC, indicating that dysregulated expression levels of these genes served an important role in the malignant progression of BLCA. Here, CD109 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
