Nevertheless, our results verified PARP rs8679 and hOGG1 rs293795 GG/AG were associated with the decreased risk of ovarian cancer under dominant model (adjusted OR=0.39, 95% CI=0.17-0.90, P=0.026; adjusted OR=0.36, 95% CI=0.13-0.99, P=0.049, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene OGG1 and ovarian cancer.
