These results indicate that LRP1B/TP53 mutations might be the prognostic predictors and associated with higher TMB, predicting better efficacy of immunotherapy in HCC patients.In our study, TP53 and CTNNB1 were the most frequently mutated genes, followed by RB1 and LRP1B. This result was similar with previous studies. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
