DSC2 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: First, there was no relevant basic experiment to detect the expression levels of the identified key members of ceRNA networks in cell lines or clinical samples; Second, although we inferred that hsa-miR-29c-3p, ELN, DSC2, Tfh, and neutrophils might play crucial roles in the progression of BLCA, we did not further explore the potential mechanisms that how the hsa-miR-29c-3p regulate the expression of ELN and DSC2 and affect the infiltration of the immune cells.
