Using data from TIP and TCGA, we compared the infiltration levels of 14 kinds of immune cells (B cells, CD4 Naïve, CD4 Memory, CD8 Naïve, CD8 Memory, CD8 Effector, Treg cell, Th cell, Monocytes CD16, Monocytes CD14, DC, pDC, NK and Plasma) in ccRCC and adjacent normal tissues, and their correlation with the prognostic and clinicopathological roles of ccRCC patients were also tested. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
