CHSY3 and neoplasm: Our results demonstrate that reduction of pl-CSA content by targeting ChSy-2 inhibited cell proliferation, migration and invasion in vitro, as well as inhibited tumorigenesis and metastasis of choriocarcinoma in vivo, which might be due to the change of the ECM assembly and disassembly processes, also be attributed to abnormal carbohydrate metabolism in tumor cells.
