PPARA and Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia: The GSEA revealed that the gene sets associated with calcium signaling pathway, arachidonic acid metabolism, extracellular matrix receptor interaction, vascular smooth muscle contraction, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, PPAR signaling pathway, arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, neuroactive ligand receptor interaction, as well as complement and coagulation cascades were differentially enriched with the phenotype of high-expression IFI27 (Fig. 8).
