To elucidate the mechanisms of CDC25B on AMPK activation, co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) coupled with 2D gel electrophoresis followed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry of the IP product was conducted to identify CDC25B-interacting proteins in the triple negative breast cancer cell line, HS578T. This evidence concerns the gene PRKAA2 and triple-negative breast carcinoma.
