WEE1 and exfoliative dermatitis: Huang et al. (2004) reported a patient with SLE developing lupus-like symptoms, such as fever, erythema, and exfoliative dermatitis, with a positive lupus band test after using doxorubicin. Yang et al. (2009) found that doxorubicin treatment in mice significantly increased albuminuria and decreased podocytes. These results showed that patients with LN should be cautious when using doxorubicin. H-7 is a protein kinase inhibitor (Steele and Brahmi, 1988) and has not been reported to be associated with LN.
