CALR and Keratoconjunctivitis sicca: Two out of 120 DES patients were found to be positive for anti-SSA/B by immune serology (“Immunodot” assay), but were classified as DES rather than SS in the analysis since they fulfilled only 3 out of the 6 AECG criteria for SS (dry eye signs on Schirmer test, dry eye symptoms with OSDI score of 66 and 85 and positive anti-SSA/B)).
