Again, both PD and TD significantly elevated the staining levels of E-cadherin but significantly reduced staining levels of vimentin and α-SMA as well as the proportion of collagen fibers (all p-values ≤ 0.038; Figure 7B, Table 3), suggesting that depletion of either platelets or Tregs significantly suppressed the progression of EMT and FMT.
