According to the results of I-T-P network analysis, kaempferol in P. lactiflora may regulate AKT1, CASP3, and BCL2, as well as kaempferol, ß sitosterol, and (+)-catechin may regulate PTGS2 to inhibit intrinsic and extrinsic apoptosis in the treatment of PD. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and Parkinson disease.
