After validation by quantitative RT-PCR, we discovered that diminished miR-128 in WT-HeLa or WT-CaSki cells markedly increased the expression levels of ITGA5, ITGB5, sLex, CEACAM-6, MMP9, and MMP23 in WT-HeLa and WT-CaSki cervical cancer cell clones (Figure 6). This evidence concerns the gene ITGA5 and cervical carcinoma.
