Surprisingly, our study revealed that the expression pattern of the 15 prognostic pseudogenes was significantly associated with active tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, helper T cells and activated natural killer cells, as well as the expressions of HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, TAP1, B2M, GZMA and RPRF. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
