Ultimately, 4 tumor-suppressor pseudogenes (HLA-J, HLA-H, HLA-L and RPL13AP20) together with 13 microRNAs and 19 targeted genes, and 5 oncogene pseudogenes (HSP90AB2P, DHX40P1, RRN3P2, SDHAP1 and RPL23AP53) together with 35 microRNAs and 43 targeted genes, were used to construct the pseudogene-miRNA-target gene regulatory networks and visualized using Cytoscape (Figure 6).
