While the Janus kinase (JAK)/signal transducer and activation of transcription (STAT) pathway ranked first among all the downregulated pathways (Table 6) followed by natural killer cell‐mediated cytotoxicity, autoimmune thyroid disease, antigen processing and presentation, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), et al, showing that XCR1 might be inversely and significantly correlated with JAK/STAT signaling (FDR <0.05, NOM p < 0.05; Figure 4b). The gene discussed is XCR1; the disease is autoimmune thyroid disease.
