In a multicenter open-label phase Ib/II trial [177], 33 patients with rGBM and homozygous PTEN deletion and PTEN mutation were treated with capmatinib plus buparlisib; treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) were reported in 84.4% of patients and the most common TRAEs were fatigue, nausea, hypertransaminasemia, depression and hyperglycemia.
