Infigratinib is a selective small molecule pan-FGFR kinase inhibitor which was evaluated in a phase II study, presented at the 2019 Society of Neuro-Oncology (SNO) Meeting [94], in recurrent high-grade glioma patients who harboured FGFR1-TACC1 or FGR3-TACC3 fusion, activating mutations in FGFR1,2 or 3, or FGFR1,2,3 or 4 amplification. Here, FGFR1 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
