The ROAR trial (NCT02034110) [110] was a phase II study analysing the efficacy of this combination regimen in subjects with rare BRAF V600E mutated cancers; among these, 39 recurrent high-grade glioma patients were enrolled and treated with trametinib plus dabrafenib: the ORR was 27% (95% CI, 13.8–44.1) and the DCR was 57%.
