Out of the eight proteins, four of them showed statistically significant (p-value <0.05) different levels in the two tumor zones, namely: leucine-rich alpha-2 glycoprotein (P02750), 60s acidic ribosomal protein P1 (P05386), immunoglobulin lambda constant 2 (P0DOY2), and ezrin (P15311), all exhibiting higher levels in CUSA A+ compared to CUSA CORE. Here, IGLC2 is linked to neoplasm.
