CRP and Lymphadenopathy: Six parameters that predicted SFTS infection were identified from the multivariate analysis: poor oral intake, lymphadenopathy, ambient temperature ≥ 20 °C, ANC ≤ 2000 cells/μL, CRP ≤ 1.2 mg/dL, and CK levels ≥ 200 IU/L; which showed high sensitivity and specificity (both > 80%) and good validity from the AUC > 0.8.
