A two-stage study with 238 FL cases and 1233 controls from United States found a variant in TAP2 gene (rs241447) to be associated with increase FL risk (OR = 1.82; 95% CI = 1.46–2.26; p = 6.9 × 10−8) but also with DLBCL (189 cases) risk, though DLBCL being not at genome-wide significance. This evidence concerns the gene TAP2 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
