Figure 5 shows the result of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis with top five pathways positively related to CDK1 expression and top four negatively related pathways. These results implied that CDK1 expression was involved in prostate cancer, small cell lung cancer, and GC and was significantly correlated with the WNT signaling pathway and T cell receptor signaling pathway (Table 4). Here, CDK1 is linked to Familial prostate cancer.
