Differential expression analysis showed that pro-inflammatory and viral infection-related response pathways, including the MAPK, influenza A, and cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathways, were ranked among the top 10 KEGG pathways (Figure 5B), indicating the presence of a defensive response to viral infection in DOT1L KO cells after ALV-J infection.
