The inflammatory percolation, representing local anti-tumor immune responses, is identified as an independent factor relevant to sentinel node status and prognosis in patients with malignant melanoma, colorectal, and breast cancer (Ohtani, 2007; Azimi et al., 2012; Ravelli et al., 2017); hence, we explored TIMER database to determine whether the expression of KLHL5 was linked to immunological infiltrates level across 39 types of tumors. This evidence concerns the gene KLHL5 and breast carcinoma.
