Reversed relationship was shown between OS and the mRNA levels of FAM83A/B/C/D/F/H; however, there was no significant association in lung cancer between OS and FAM83E. There was no significant correlation in lung cancer between FP and either FAM83D or FAM83H, whereas high FAM83A/B/C/E/F mRNA expression led to a reduced FP. This evidence concerns the gene SACK1E and lung carcinoma.
