In the Garber dataset (Garber et al., 2001), FAM83D was overexpressed in all kinds of the lung cancer (N = 54) than in the normal tissues: by a fold change of 11.481, (p = 2.76-10) in LUSC, by a fold change of 6.635, (p = 4.07E-11) in LUAD, by a fold change of 7.297, (p = 2.00E-03) in large-cell lung carcinoma, by a fold change of 9.244 (p = 4.00E-03) in small cell lung carcinoma, respectively. Here, SACK1D is linked to lung cancer.
