Taken together, the transcriptional misregulation in cancer and acute myeloid leukemia pathways might participate in AML progression; HOXA 10, HOXA9, HOXA11, RXRA, MEIS1, PBX3, ITGB7, ITGAM, FCGR1A, JUP, MPO, KIT, ZBTB16, RUNX1T1, CCNA1, SMAD1, TSPAN7, ERG, MYCN, WT1, CCND2, NTRK1, HPGD, PROM1 were involved in this pathway (Figures 4H, I). The gene discussed is HOXA9; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
