Analysis of SARS-CoV-2-specific IFNγ+CD8+ and IFNγ+CD4+ T cells, and SARS-CoV-2-specific Ig of the surviving hypertensive patients revealed that anti-SARS-CoV-2-spike protein IgG significantly correlated with the frequency of SARS-CoV-2-specific IFNγ+CD8+ T cells (R = 0.8647, P < 0.0001) and the frequency of SARS-CoV-2-specific IFNγ+CD4+ T cells (R = 0.9171, P < 0.0001) (Figures S1A, S1B). Here, CHMP5 is linked to hypertensive disorder.
