In this study, the differential expression of PLK1 between cervical cancer and non-cancer tissues as well as the clinico-pathological significance of PLK1 in cervical cancer was evaluated by combined methods of tissue microarray, immunohistochemistry (IHC), Expression Atlas and further verified by standard mean difference (SMD) calculated for high-throughput microarrays and RNA sequencing data. Here, PLK1 is linked to cervical cancer.
