Interestingly, TP53 mutations were more common in Asians compared with Caucasians (42.9% compared with 30–35%; Supplementary Fig. 6), and this difference was observed only in ER+ tumours and IntClust 8 (Fig. 2c, Supplementary Figs. 6–8; p = 0.003 and p = 0.035, respectively). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is neoplasm.
