CD4 and AIDS: The prevalence in patients with CD4 ≤ 350 cels/ul and aged ≥ 50 years, CD4 ≤ 350 cels/ul and aged < 50 years, CD4 > 350 cels/ul and aged > 50 years, and with CD4 > 350 cels/ul and aged < 50 years was 27.4%, 8.3%, 1.7%, and 4.4%,m respectively (p<0.001), which indicated that the distribution of multiple serious NADEs was prone to co-occur in patients with CD4 ≤ 350 cels/ul and aged ≥ 50 years and increased complexity of diagnosis and management among cART-naive AIDS patients in China (S1 Table).
