From our results, we found that the mTORpathway was activated in the high-risk group with poor prognosis (Figure 9), and the key autophagy gene ULK1 wassignificantly down-regulated (Table 2);therefore, indicating that autophagy activity is inhibited in high-risk HCC patientswith poor prognosis. This evidence concerns the gene ULK1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
