The antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by vascular thrombosis (both venous and arterial) and/or recurrent pregnancy morbidity (including miscarriages, foetal deaths, premature births and preeclampsia), associated with a persistent positivity for antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL). Here, FASLG is linked to autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
