Among these approaches, CAR-T cells that target B7-H3 were shown to be effective on several solid tumor types (including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, melanoma, glioblastoma, neuroblastoma, and a variety of pediatric cancers) [15,16,17], and hematological tumors (including extranodal nasal natural killer (NK)/T cell lymphoma and acute myeloid leukemia) both in vitro and in vivo [18,19]. This evidence concerns the gene CD276 and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
