High expression of GATA5, LRRN4CL, OGDHL, PSAT1, SLC25A47, and TWIST2 was associated with poorer overall survival rates and high expression of CXCL10, ADGRG5, ASB2, DMBT1, GPR34, GZMK, GZMM, HTRA1 and TBX21with longer overall survival rates in thyroid carcinoma patients. This evidence concerns the gene GZMM and thyroid gland carcinoma.
