High expression of CXCL10 was markedly associated with activation of oxidative phosphorylation, glycolysis gluconeogenesis, glycerolipid metabolism, PPAR signaling, fatty acid metabolism and calcium signaling pathways and inhibition of p53 signaling, cell cycle, pathways in cancer, and colorectal cancer signal pathways (Figure 7).
