TNFRSF1B and cancer: Interestingly, the NF-κB, TNFR1, TNFR2, and IL-6 pathways related to inflammation; the p53 and FAK pathways related to cancer growth; and the G2/M checkpoint pathway related to the cell cycle were found to be more important to elucidate the mechanism of PZH and were further validated in the following experiments.
