Classifying advanced stage colon carcinoma patients into subgroups based on stage and postoperative chemotherapy regimen, we found that stage III or IV patients with elevated tumor PD-L2 tended to have better 5-year OS than those with low tumor PD-L2 (Fig. S1A-1B and Table S2).
