Multiverse analysis adjusted with clinicopathologic parameters suggested that tumor PD-L2 may be an independent prognostic factor for advanced stage colon carcinoma patients, especially for patients who receive postoperative chemotherapy (Stage III: HR 1.575, 95% CI 1.098–2.259, p = 0.045, Fig. 2D; Stage IV: HR 1.649, 95% CI 1.136–2.393, p = 0.008, Fig. 2F). This evidence concerns the gene PDCD1LG2 and colon carcinoma.
