Anti-myostatin molecules including MYO-029 (a neutralizing antibody to myostatin), ACE-031 (a compartment of activin receptor type IIB and IgG1-Fc that binds myostatin and related ligands), and FS344 (modified follistatin, which is a potent myostatin antagonist) were developed and applied clinically to DMD or BMD patients. This evidence concerns the gene MSTN and Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
