As expected, we were able to pull down proteins known to bind RNA such as CELF2, HNRNPM, and HDLBP, as well as RBPs involved in muscle diseases such as MBNL1, which plays a key role in the pathogenic mechanism of myotonic dystrophy type 1 (Figure S1C).
