More importantly, we affirmed that miR-1225-5p can inhibit the malignant phenotype of glioblastoma cells by regulating FNDC3B, including excessive cell proliferation, migration and invasion, which deepens our understanding of the mechanism underlying the involvement of miR-1225-5p in glioblastoma and the pathological mechanism of this disease. Here, FNDC3B is linked to glioblastoma.
