IL6 and atrial fibrillation: hs‐CRP ≥ 2.02 mg/L [4.2 (95% CI 1.7‐10); P < .01], IL‐6 ≥ 4.92 pg/mL [7 (95% CI 2.8‐17.7); P < .01], and sCD‐40L ≥ 3.10 ng/mL [5.5 (95% CI 2.2‐13.4); P < .01] were the significant parameters that showed an independent and strong association with atrial fibrillation (Table 2) in comparison to the sinus rhythm in Rh‐MS patients.
