A one-way ANOVA revealed an overall between-group difference (F(5, 12) = 12.43, p < 0.05) in the amount of DARPP-32, with PLSD post-hoc tests indicating significant decreases in DARPP-32 levels in the HD groups compared to WT groups (p < 0.05), corresponding to a significant reduction of MSNs in HD mice.
