It is well known that the obesity is associated with chronic low‐grade inflammation in many tissues including liver, AT, vascular, intestinal, skeletal muscle, kidney, pancreas, and brain tissues,11, 12, 13, 14 which are associated with factors such as monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP‐1), CC chemokine receptor 2 (CCR2), tumor necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α), toll‐like receptor 4 (TLR4), C‐Jun N‐terminal kinase (JNK), macrophages, and various types of T cells and B cells.15 Here, CCL2 is linked to obesity disorder.
