To further investigate the effect of M1 macrophage-secreted exosomes carrying miR-16-5p on GC progression in vivo, the mice were initially injected with GC cells treated with M1 macrophage-secreted exosomes and subsequently with T cells (2 mg/mL anti-CD3 and 1 mg/mL anti-CD28) co-cultured with GC cells.
