CD274 and neoplasm: When compared with matched controls, the tumor growth, volume and weight were increased by the treatment of exo-miR-16-5p inhibitor and T cells and decreased by the treatment of exo-miR-16-5p inhibitor, T cells and anti-PD-L1 (Figures 6A–C), suggesting that M1 macrophage-secreted exosomes carrying miR-16-5p inhibited tumor formation by repressing PD-L1 expression in vivo.
