LIN28A and breast carcinoma: The inhibitory action of Lin28-1632 on Lin28 proteins has been successfully tested in vitro using murine embryonic stem cells (Roos et al., 2016) and in vivo with an allotransplanted mouse mammary carcinoma (Chen et al., 2019), although the chemical compound has also exhibited some inhibitory activity against bromodomains in selectivity assays (Roos et al., 2016).
