NFKB1 and Miyoshi myopathy: In terms of mechanisms, the expression of NF-κB in bortezomib group decreased significantly compared with that of negative control group, which confirmed the inhibitory effect of bortezomib on NF-κB, while the expression of NF-κB in combined group decreased significantly compared with that of bortezomib alone, indicating that Tim3 could regulated proliferation of MM cells through NF-κB signal pathway.
