Herein, we hypothesized that JWH133 treatment can exert anti-glioma action, concurrently leading to microglial M2 polarization in glioma, which promotes glioma growth via enhancing angiogenesis by increasing the expression of CYP2J2 and 11,12-EET, an isomer of EETs. This evidence concerns the gene CYP2J2 and central nervous system cancer.
