As shown in Table 2, only the pair of recombination activating gene-1 (RAG1) and nuclear factors of activated T cells-4 (NFATC4) was significant (R = 0.248, P < 0.01, positive), suggesting that RAG1 upregulated NFATC4 in AML. Here, RAG1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
