Indeed, the degree and percentage of HLA-G in cancers varies significantly among different types of cancers which have been observed to be negative in uveal melanoma to totally positive in hydatidiform moles (23, 24), and inconsistent HLA-G findings among different cohorts or laboratories existed in most cases even on a same type of cancer such as breast cancer (25–27) and CRC (22, 28–30). Here, HLA-G is linked to breast carcinoma.
